Here’s a work around from @bababooey13 to get HBO GO to stream from iPad/iPhone to your apple tv! I’m assuming this will work with Cinemax GO as well.

Which before used to be accessible with a jailbreak or app unlock. But now, iOS 5 has Emoji visible for selection in the International Keyboard option.
