How To Fix “No Service Issue” With CDMA (Sprint/Verizon) iPhone After Jailbreak
As we previously reported, it seems like many Sprint iPhone i4s user were experiencing a “No Service Issue” after they jailbroke their iphones. Well it turns out that the issue might be caused by the 3G toggle found in SBSettings.
BigBoss has just reported that users having no service after using sbsettings on your 5.x CDMA device, it is not caused by sbsettings but instead by the 3g toggle.
Here’s how to fix it:
1) Disable the 3g toggle in the more app (don’t use it)
2) go to settings, general, reset, and reset your network settings.
3) Reboot.
BigBoss stated that he’s pushing a new sbsettings with a 3g toggle that should detect and not run on CDMA.
If you’re experiencing the No Service Issue and have NOT installed SBSettings, please let us know in the comments below.
Jailbreak worked but the "No Service" was still there. I restored the phone and it still showed "No Service"
I'm lost because I've restored it twice now and still doesn't work???
I'm having this issue right now and the above instructions arent working. Should I re-jailbreak the phone? ntrfco, have you regained your service after rejailbreaking?
I didn't have sbsettings installed but I did have intelliscreenx which also has the 3G toggle. That might have been the problem.
ntrfc0 Have you attempted to re jailbreak and see?

I had the same issue for my sprint 4s, but I dont think I had sbsettings. I went through a lot to get the iphone to get service again. I think the combination that ended up working is doing a restore, then (while the device is on) hold the power and home buttons for 10 seconds, then resetting the network settings. Now I have service but Im scared to jailbreak again. My phone worked for a few hours before I noticed I couldn't make calls too.
